Earlier this week when Jill and Hans were in town we decided to go kayaking as that is something we used to do together and… well… they brought their boats all the way from Vermont.
Anyway, the day we chose was pretty nice out, but kinda windy. For a while we couldn’t decide where we wanted to go, but eventually Jill threw down and told us that we were going to go drop a car in Copper Harbor and then let the wind push us from Habard Park north. Not a bad idea.
Anyway, if you’ve never paddled this stretch of shoreline, what are you waiting for. It’s especially decent with a strong tailwind and some small waves to surf/play in.
Here are the pics.
