So this weekend the Copper Country Cycling Club of Michigan Tech hosted a NCCA sanctioned cyclocross race. I planned to head up there to cheer on our team and maybe get some photos for my portfolio. As this weekend approached the weather started looking more and more like cyclocross weather. The week started off in the in upper 60’s, but by the weekend had plummeted down below freezing. If that wasn’t enough, those guys that reside inside the picture box were calling for precipitation ranging from wet, to kinda wet, to frozen. Anyway, I made my way up to the trails on Saturday and when I got there I found out that it didn’t look like it was going to be much of a competition as most of the other schools in our region had opted not to attend. However, there were more than enough MTU competitors so on with the show!
Here are some pics I took during the weekend.
